Where we deliver

Across Malaysia. [FBR to confirm Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan delivery and fees.]

When your order ships

  • Paid orders are packed and handed to the courier within [1 to 2] working days.
  • Delivery usually takes [2 to 5] working days after dispatch, depending on your area.
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are packed the next working day.

Tracking

Once your parcel is with the courier, the tracking number appears on the track an order page and in your account.

Damaged or wrong items

Returns
