Draft for FairyBeauty's review. Text in [brackets] needs FBR's details. This is a starting point, not legal advice: have it checked before the store goes live.

Who we are

This store is run by Fairy Beauty Resources ([SSM registration no.]), Lot 3643, Aras 1, Jalan Baru Pak Sabah, 23000 Dungun, Terengganu. We handle your personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

  • Your name, email, mobile number and delivery address when you order or create an account.
  • What you order, how much you paid and the delivery status.
  • A referral code, if you arrived through an affiliate's link.
  • If you apply as an affiliate: the platform and username you'll share on.
  • Verification codes you check, and when, so we can spot copied codes.

How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders.
  • To credit and pay affiliates for the orders they refer.
  • To protect customers from counterfeit products.
  • To send offers, only if you opt in. [FBR to confirm whether marketing messages are sent.]

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us complete your order:

  • Our payment gateway [name], which processes your payment. We never see your full card or bank details.
  • Couriers [names], which need your name, phone and address to deliver.

Affiliates see the order number and amount of orders they referred, not your name or contact details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for [period] for accounting and tax purposes. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by contacting us on 013-288 6509 or [email]. We reply within [21] days.
